Have a GREAT idea for a volunteer program for Encompass?
To get started, please submit the following application outlining the goals, scope, and requirements of the program.
The Board of Directors will review your proposed program during regularly scheduled meetings. The proposed program must meet the following requirements:
- Program meets and furthers the goals and strategic plan of Encompass
- Program does not conflict with other Encompass endorsed activities
- The proposed volunteers are Encompass members in good standing
The Board of Directors reserves the right to oversee any Encompass program and appoint a Director (or other delegate) as liaison to the project. Any programs with budget/equipment/other resource implications on Encompass will be required to work with a Director (or delegate) to determine resource allocation.
Encompass volunteer programs and their leadership are renewable with the approval of the Board of Directors on a yearly basis.
